TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to these tos below. they are subject to change, and any change will reflect for every commission - whether it was in the past, present or future.

basics

  • I will not accept commissions from private/new accounts.

  • Do not ask to change your character once you submitted the form.

  • Simple, short descriptions are better than long paragraphs.

  • I do not take rush orders.

  • Wait time: Between 1 week - 3 months

  • My work process is slow, and I have ADHD, please be patient.
    If you need a refund, just ask!

Will draw

  • Feral or Anthro fursonas

  • Blood/Candy gore

  • Couple art

  • Most animal species (ask)

Won't draw

  • Humans

  • Drug related scenarios

  • Hateful/Problematic art

  • Mecha characters

  • Sonic Characters

  • Clothes

  • Nsfw

  • Detailed items/props

payments/refunds

  • Payment is through PayPal only. (USD)

  • Account must belong to you; not your parents or anyone else.

  • I will send you an invoice using your PayPal email after getting confirmation through private message.

  • I can take payment plans for larger orders.

  • Refunds in full are not available until you have waited at least 1 month and I didn't start on it yet.

  • I will not refund if I have completely finished the art, however you can talk to me and we can work something out!

updates

  • Commission updates can be found on my trello, which is updated regularly.

  • WIP photos can be provided upon request.

  • You can always DM me about further questions. (Preferably on Twitter)

auctions

  • I cannot make changes to pre-made characters, must be sold as-is

  • You can do changes after buying, but please keep the original design separate with the proper credit.

  • Do not draw over or change the hue of my original artwork. Please be respectful.

reposting

  • You may repost your commission to your own personal account as well as use it for any personal uses you see fit for it, but please provide proper credit.

  • If you aren't the owner of the character(s) in the artwork, do not repost the image. It's not yours.
